The Sleep and Lung Clinic of Utah is dedicated towards providing their patients full sleep and lung consultation services with the latest up to date diagnostic testing and therapy alternatives.   Please browse our site to find items of interest regarding your health needs.  To prepare for a visit to our office, you may save time by printing and completing history questionnaires prior to a sleep or pulmonary consult.  We hope to partner with you and your physician to provide accurate testing and care to improve your sleep and lung health.
